Our services include case assessment, evidence compilation, chargeback assistance, regulatory complaint filing and coordination of recovery actions.
We do not and cannot guarantee that any funds will be recovered. The outcome of any case depends on many factors beyond our control, including the nature of the fraud, the jurisdictions involved and the availability of traceable funds. Any statistics presented on our website reflect past results and are not a promise of future outcomes.
The initial case review is provided free of charge and creates no obligation on either party. It does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee that we will accept your case.
Where we accept a case, our fees operate primarily on a success-fee basis: a percentage of any funds successfully recovered, agreed in advance and in writing. A modest initial case-processing fee may apply to cover investigative costs. All fees will be clearly set out in a written agreement before any work begins.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your case and to cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of our services.
